2. Briefing subscription

We process your email address exclusively to send you the SPAX Briefing. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can revoke at any time via the unsubscribe link in the briefing. Subscription uses a double-opt-in procedure.

For spam and abuse prevention we store your user agent and a hash of your IP address (no raw IP value) at signup time. This data is deleted after confirmation or at the latest 7 days after signup.

3. Hosting and processors

The website runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, D1, KV, Turnstile, MailChannels) under a data processing agreement. Server locations are global with an EU focus.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests to contact@spax.team.
